NINEJP Visits KSAC *Connect Caravan / Coordination Meeting

On July 28, 2025, as part of its "Connect Caravan" initiative, NINEJP visited the Osaka Innovation Hub, which is managed by Osaka Business Development Agency, and conducted a coordination meeting with the Kansai Startup Academia Coalition (KSAC).

The NINEJP secretariat, led by Chairman Professor Toshiya Watanabe (Institute of Science Tokyo), discussed the vitalization of the academic startup ecosystem with members of KSAC, including Director-General for SACI Koji Murota (Kyoto University), and the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).

The event brought together many key stakeholders, including Osaka Business Development Agency, Academic Industry Research, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Hakuhodo, UTokyo IPC, The Japan Research Institute, and the Institute for Future Engineering.
