NINEJP Visits HSFC *Connect Caravan / Coordination Meeting

On September 12, 2025, as part of the "Connect Caravan," NINEJP visited Hokkaido University for a coordination meeting with the Hokkaido Startup Future Creation Development by Mutual Support Networks (HSFC).

The NINEJP secretariat, led by chairman Professor Watanabe (Tokyo Institute of Science), and HSFC, including program representative Ono (Hokkaido University), along with the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), discussed revitalizing the academic startup ecosystem. The meeting also saw participation from numerous stakeholders, including Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Hakuhodo, The University of Tokyo IPC, Japan Research Institute, and The Institute for Future Engineering.
