The 24th Annual Meeting of J-SIP in Kanazawa to be Held.

The "24th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society for Intellectual Production (J-SIP) Kanazawa" will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa.

Junko Nishigaki, former Vice Governor of Ishikawa Prefecture, will deliver a keynote speech. The title is "Recovery from the Noto Earthquake: The Value of Industry-Academia Collaboration and Startups."

As the main symposium of the society, representatives from HSFC, MASP, IJIE, PSI, PARKS, and TeSH will gather for a discussion. They will address the theme: "Regional Startup Creation in the Startup Ecosystem Co-Creation Program." The session will focus on solving regional and social issues, such as disaster recovery, and initiatives for creating global research-originated startups.
